In 2009, Mark Brower was managing a small portfolio of rental properties for family and friends when he noticed a recurring problem: property management companies often focused on transactions, not people. There was a disconnect between what investors needed, what tenants hoped for, and what managers delivered. Mark believed there had to be a better way—one built on trust, service, and long-term vision.

So, he started Mark Brower Properties with a simple but powerful mission: to help good people do more good. That mission has remained our north star as we’ve grown from a one-man operation into a full-service property management firm serving hundreds of clients across the East Valley and greater Phoenix area.
