Our goal at Mark Brower Properties is to make a difference!  We can help you help your clients decide if they want to rent or sell, and if they want to self-manage we offer a Leasing Only suite of services. 

No matter what the client decides, know that:

  • If you do refer a client to us for property management and then they decide to sell, we will thank you by referring them back to you.
  • If they do lease, we’ll be glad to offer you up to $300 in appreciation.
  • We can help give your clients a realistic picture of what they are getting into by becoming a landlord including a conservative operating cash flow analysis and talking about how to avoid evictions and other worst-case scenarios.

 

Trust: 

We don’t profit when things go badly for landlords: No big maintenance mark-ups, we don’t keep 100% of late fees, and 2 of our management plans have no leasing fee. We don’t just promise to do right by the owner, our fee structure ensures we are only profitable when we do.
