Mark Brower Properties managed our property for 5 years when we lived out of state and did a great job! They quickly found solid tenants and were prompt in managing and coordinating any maintenance needs. We had to sell the property last year and they took care of the whole process from getting it ready to sell after 5 years of renting, to listing the property, and then selling it. I’ve been with Mark Brower property management for almost a year now, and just renewed for another year. This company has been really helpful and easy to work with, I’ve never had any problems getting a hold of someone and they are very friendly. Rose and Marj and Isabelle have all helped me at certain points and are very focused on helping their tenants. They have a new portal that is easy to use. They worked with me from moving out of state for a job, and made the process very smooth and even left us some welcome gifts when we arrived. I would recommend!
