Guarantees and Protections

To reduce your financial risks and liabilities for owning rental properties and to boost your confidence in our services, Mark Brower Properties offers the following industry-leading protections and service guarantees:

Pet Damage Protection: If a tenant’s pet causes damage to the property that exceeds their security deposit MBP will pay up to an additional $1000 to correct the damage.

Additional Guarantees and Protections available

Eviction Assurance: If a tenant stops paying and must be evicted MBP will cover the cost of the court filing, process server, constable, locksmith, and typical attorneys fees. Also included is our time to be present at the court hearing if needed and to supervise the lock change.

Eviction Rent Protection: If a tenant is being evicted MBP will pay you one month’s rent while the eviction is being processed.

Enhanced Pet Damage Protection: If a tenant’s pet causes damage to the property that exceeds their security deposit MBP will pay up to an additional $5000 to correct the damage.

Tenant Damage Protection: If a tenant causes damage to the property that exceeds their security deposit MBP will pay up to an additional $5000 to correct the damage.

We've recently transferred from "Arizona's #1 Property Management Company" to Mark Brower. Our transition to Mark Brower was due to communication, execution, and the lack of awareness as to how to handle problems from tenants. Moving to Mark Brower ended up saving our tenants ~$150/mo in fee's that went straight to the management company. The communication from Mark and his team has been top notch, as they try to transfer properties from the _other_ PM company to their portfolio. So far, they've been able to handle everything with very little effort on my part. So far, I would say I'm very pleased with Mark Brower and team. And I would definitely recommend them.
